Playing With Color
I've been inspired to play with color recently, so when I received the gorgeous Burberry Makeup set in the mail, I couldn't wait to give the products a test. Today's blog post is all about how I use the Burberry Makeup set to add a little color to my look.
Because I normally stick to neutrals in both makeup and wardrobe, it makes playing with color easy and fun. When choosing pops of color, I remember to keep the rest of my look clean and simple. Using Burberry Makeup Antique Blue No. 305 I added a wearable pop of blue to my lids. This shadow can be used wet or dry and is incredibly buttery and easy to blend.
LESS IS MORE
With the blue all over my lid, I used my bronzer to define my crease and blend out the blue for a smooth transition. The rest of my makeup is pretty simple with another pop of color on my lips using the Burberry Makeup Kisses Hydrating Lip Color in Russet No. 93. For my nails I used the Burberry Makeup Nail Polish Black Cherry No. 304. This beautiful deep red is dark enough to work with most looks. I love a deep red polish for fall and winter.
