This blog post is about my labor delivery hospital bag checklist for 2020.
Everything you might need to pack for a comfortable labor and delivery at a hospital during Covid-19. Free download checklist included!
I’m officially 35 weeks pregnant with my first baby and here’s what I packed for my hospital bag after watching countless YouTube videos, blog posts, and speaking to my doula, doctor, and hospital.

What’s in My Hospital Bag
Watch what's in my hospital bag with details of why I’m packing everything on my checklist. Video from More Serein YouTube Channel. Make sure to subscribe to my new channel.
I might not use or need all this, but for my first labor and delivery, here’s what I think I’ll need and want with me. Labor is all about feeling safe and comfortable to bring baby into the world. No matter what you only need you, but if you have the time and ability to plan and pack, it can make a difference for your labor and delivery experience.
Remember your experience is unique and important. What you need is important. We are built to birth and we have a right to feel safe and understood during our birthing experiance.
Labor Delivery Hospital Bag Checklist
I’ve created a PDF download of my Labor Delivery Hospital Checklist in case you’d like to use it or share it. Feel free to add or cross out anything you might need, want, or don't need or want. This journey is for you and everything you bring is to help you feel comfortable and safe for your labor and delivery journey.
You can download the checklist HERE.
If you're pregnant I wish you a smooth and easy pregnancy and delivery!

i’ve given birth two months ago and i did not use all of the stuff i brought to the hospital. but a checklist is definitely helpful though. it’s better to overpack than underpack x

That’s good to know! I figured it would be better to have everything and not use it than to wish I had things with me. Congragualations on your delivery! Hope you are recovering well.
