I’m a certified nutritionist through Precision Nutrition, a level 2 Lagree Certified Instructor, a health coach, a wife, a mom, a motherless daughter, a dog mom, a foodie, a beauty lover, and a conscious consumer after decades of over spending and debt.
My continued battle with depression has led me to create this space to share a little bit of everything from effortless beauty, health, lifestyle, my journey as a first time mom, and everything in between.

World Ocean Day is June 8th and I’m happy to partner with adidas to share with you their Parley line. adidas Parley uses plastic from the oceans and creates sustainable footwear and apparel. Many of you know that I’ve personally be working on sustainability within my own household.
