If you follow me on my snapchat or Instagram, you would know that yesterday, I had an amazing opportunity to visit The Ontario Mills Mall to check out their For The Love of Shoes Sale and do some major shoe shopping. The shoe sale is happening now thru September 30th. If you are in the area and/or can drive in for a shopping trip, then I highly encourage you to do so. This was my first time visiting Ontario Mills and I did not know what to expect. After a quick browse, I was ecstatic of all the great designer finds and sizing options. The discounts were incredible and I was able to leave with 8 pairs of shoes!
The Shoe Shopping Experience
First off the mall is huge, I mean I was there for 5 hours and didn’t see the whole mall! There is something for everyone to be found at Ontario Mills. The staff is warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. As I walked into the indoor airconditioned mall, I saw so many stores I wanted to visit. With limited time, I’ll defiently have to make another trip just to explore the mall. You can seriously spend the whole day at Ontario Mills Mall and there is even a vast food court along with a few sit down restaurants. Perfect for a full day of shopping. I decided to narrow down my shoe shopping visit to my top picks for a shoe shopping mission. You can visit the full mall store directory here.
First Stop was Coach
This was by far the nicest Coach Outlet I have ever seen. The store was well stocked with upgraded interior decor. Plenty of places to sit and try on shoes. I also could not believe the discounted prices! This is going to be a theme of this post. The deals were amazing. Many times, there were additional coupons or sales on top of the already marked down sticker price of the shoes. Shoe shopping heaven!
Second stop was Steve Madden
A 90’s girl at heart. I remember my obsession with this retailer from middle school thru high school. I managed to pick out quite a few pairs to try on. The staff was super friendly and offered to help me find sizes, even going into the back to look. They are also currently doing a buy one get one 1/2 off already discounted prices. Unlike a lot of outlet stores, this Steve Madden was fully stocked, clean, well organized, and had my very commen shoe size 7, in stock.
After Steve Madden, we headed to
Saks Fifth Avenue Off Fifth
I was able to find some amazing discounted Uggs. If you need Uggs, go to Off Fifth and check out the impressive collection. Perfect timing for Fall and Winter. I was kind of kicking myself when I spotted my exact pair of Ugg Boots at home, for a fraction of what I paid for.
was up next. They had a ton of great shoes as well and I scored a few booties, sneakers, and loafers to try on.
Neiman Marcus Last Call
was a HUGE HIT for me. We are talking Manolo Blahnik, Christian Louboutin, Valentino, Gianvito Rossi, Stuart Weitzman, Jimmy Choo, and more! I was trying to contain my shopaholic giddiness when I saw all the amazing designer shoes in my size. The already marked down prices were an additional 50% off! I mean I was practically stealing these shoes!
Finally, we ended the shoe shopping trip with Nike. I was in need of replacing my trainers and Nike has some great deals going on.
Now for the fun part, trying everything on! We took all the shoes I had selected from all the retailers back to the lounge area to try on. This was so much fun! Having all my favorite picks in one place and being able to try on all the shoes in a well lit and comfortable setting made the experience a joy. Plus we got to take some cute photos, so that’s always a blogger bonus.
I was able to leave the mall with 8 new pairs of shoes all for under $1,000 including tax! Three pairs of Steve Madden, a new pair of Nike trainers, Coach high tops, BCBG booties, Gianvito Rossi heels, and a pair of Manolo Blahnik booties! What a score!
I say I’m ready for fall with my new shoe collection. Thank you to Ontario Mills for having me. Make sure to check them out on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. It was such an amazing experience and I’ll defiently want to visit again and shop more!
Which pair of shoes that I purchased do you like the most? I’d love to hear in the comments.
