You’ll meet the love of your life at the end of this year, so don’t worry about love. Instead focus on facing your fears. Stop allowing fear to hold you back. You may not even realize how much it does, but it does.

Hi, I'm Serein (pronounced 'serene').

I’m a certified nutritionist through Precision Nutrition, a level 2 Lagree Certified Instructor, a health coach, a wife, a mom, a motherless daughter, a dog mom, a foodie, a beauty lover, and a conscious consumer after decades of over spending and debt.

My continued battle with depression has led me to create this space to share a little bit of everything from effortless beauty, health, lifestyle, my journey as a first time mom, and everything in between.
