Who doesn’t love cute packaging, bold colors, and cheeky names? The new Too Faced Matte Lipsticks (la matte) launched this month and I have all 10 shades for you. This is a great moisturizing, comfortable to wear, matte lipstick. A nice break from the ultra drying liquid lipsticks that have been all the rage. Ever since my lip swatch trauma (you know what I’m talking about if you follow me on snapchat), I have been drawn to hydrating, sheer, good for you lip products. The Too Faced la matte color drenched lipstick comes in a beautiful box, sleek black and gold metal tube. The slim bullet makes for easy, precise application, and a convenient travel companion. Wear time is good. As the product wears off, it leaves a nice stain on the lips. No creasing or cracking from my experience. I do recommend using a lip liner with the matte lipsticks. While the lipstick is a matte, there is a slight sheen on immediate application on the lips. If you are not into that, just take a tissue and blot before heading out the door. If you have dry lips, don’t worry about it, this will apply matte on you.

If you are looking for a rich, pigmented, satin to matte finish lipstick, I defiantly recommend trying these out. The packaging is adorable, the quality is good, and the names make me smile. My favorite shades are: When in Doubt…, Hey Gurrl, As If!, and Maneater.

I had not seen these around, they look beautiful! I’m always drawn towards the dark shades but the pinky tones seem to be so nice as well.

No, not nearly as bad as all the liquid lipsticks out there or the super matte lipsticks. I found this to be comfortable.

That’s an interesting shade range, very heavy on pinks! I really like that peachy shade, though it would probably wash me out!

Too Faced always knocks it out of the park with their packaging, and I normally love their products. But I found their melted lipsticks were a bust for me… no matter what I did they ended up on my teeth and didn’t last at all. How are these matte lipstick as far as being long wearing?
